Dark Chocolate Bars

We are dark chocolate lovers through and through. But how do you balance the need for chocolate with a healthy lifestyle? This was the question we asked ourselves when we set out to create our bean-to-bar dark chocolate bars. Combining our desire for tasty and healthy foods, our love for global cuisine and sustainable small growers we arrived at our array of bean to bar chocolate.

Made with exceptional cacao beans sourced directly from small cacao growers in Haiti, Guatemala, and the Domincan Republic. These farmers are paid a premium and stable price which helps them plan for continued prosperity and support the biodiversity of their farms and the local environment. 

We take this fine cacao and roast, winnow, refine, temper, pour and package our craft chocolate all by hand in Cobble Hill, on Vancouver Island in Canada. With twelve different flavours to choose from these craft chocolate bars have something for everyone to savour and enjoy.
