We ship most orders the same day they're placed (orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday). We know shipping can be a hassle, so we try to make it as simple as possible with tracking information that we monitor regularly and low shipping rates. All orders will ship via Canada Post Expedited shipping unless otherwise selected. We will update your order with tracking information as soon as it is available. We ship from our facility in Cobble Hill, BC and shipping fees vary based on the weight and dimensions of your order and to where it is shipping. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding British Columbia statutory holidays.
Please note we cannot ship food products across international borders at this time (we are based in Canada).

Picking up your order
If you're on Vancouver Island and you would like to pickup your order at our store at 1490 Fisher Rd. in Cobble Hill select the Free Pickup option. You can pickup orders Monday - Saturday from 9:30am - 5pm (4pm on Saturdays), excluding BC statutory holidays. Please wait until you've received your pickup notification email.
You can return any unused and sealed product you purchase from us within 15 days of receiving your order. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, we can exchange or give store credit for the returned items. No refunds will be given on products returned after the 15 day marker.
We will only accept returns on unused items in their sealed packages. Items must be in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging.
We require proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) to process all returns
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Gift cards are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for gift cards.
Sale ItemsWe will not issue refunds for sale items. All sale items are final sale.
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped to you, we will send you a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the returned items. If you received an item as a gift, we will process the return via the gift giver. If a refund is issued, the gift giver will receive the refund.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs associated with returning your item to us. Please note that depending on where you are located exchanged products will take a varying amount of time to arrive.
Goods damaged or missing upon delivery
If you receive your order from us and an item(s) was damaged, defective, or an item is missing please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you. We will either replace or refund your order. Please take a photo of the damaged product and take note of the lot number or expiry date on your item. We may ask for a photo or lot number to better address the issue at hand.
Once we receive your return and we inspect it, we will let you know whether we've approved or rejected your refund. If you are approved we will refund you in the same manner in which you paid.
