This was the question we asked ourselves when we set out to create our bean-to-bar dark chocolate. Combining our desire for tasty and healthy foods, our love for global cuisine and sustainable small growers we arrived at our array of bean-to-bar craft chocolate.
Made with exceptional cacao beans sourced directly from small cacao growers in Haiti, Guatemala, and Belize. These farmers are paid a premium and stable price which helps them plan for continued prosperity and support the biodiversity of their farms and the local environment.
We take this fine cacao and roast, winnow, refine, temper, pour and package our craft chocolate all by hand in Cobble Hill, British Columbia. With twelve different flavours to choose from these divine vegan bean-to-bar chocolate bars have something for everyone to savour and enjoy.
