Caraway Seed - Bag 100g
Caraway seed is a staple spice in German and Austrian baking. Our caraway seeds are wonderful in rye bread or pumpernickel, but they're also a great flavour additive to desserts, liquors and savoury casserole dishes. Try them with duck, pork or even noodles for a warm, bitter flavour.
Toast caraway seeds in a pan for 2-3 minutes to really bring out the earthy fennel and anise flavours. Toasted caraway is great for baking or adding into salads.
Hot tip: add caraway seeds late in the cooking process to get the best flavour.
