Shipping

We ship most orders the same day they're placed (orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday). We know shipping can be a hassle, so we try to make it as simple as possible, with tracking information that we monitor regularly and low shipping rates. If you're not completely satisfied with your experience, please contact us at info@organicfair.com so we can fix any issues. 

Free shipping applies to all retail orders over $49 within Canada. Orders shipping outside of Canada do not qualify for free shipping. Orders placed on our wholesale section do not qualify for free shipping. 

All orders will ship via Canada Post Expedited shipping unless otherwise selected. We will update your order with tracking information as soon as it is available. We ship from our facility in Cobble Hill, BC and shipping fees vary based on the weight and dimensions of your order and to where it is shipping. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding British Columbia statutory holidays.

Picking up your order (Cowichan Valley only)

If you're in the Cowichan Valley and you would like to pick up your order at our store in Cobble Hill, leave a note in the text box at checkout that you'd like to pickup your order and we will refund your shipping charge. You can pick up orders Monday-Friday from 9:30am-4:00pm, excluding BC statutory holidays.

Returns

We will happily accept returns for unused and sealed products within 15 days of receiving your order. After 15 days we'll gladly exchange your unused and sealed returns for different product(s). Sale items are final sale. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help you!
