Our organic garlic is pungent and delicious and has been dried and ground for an easy to use powder. Infuses great garlic-y flavour into dips, salad dressings, soups, sauces, and spice rubs. Perfect for smooth and zesty garlic mashed potatoes!

Garlic has been used in food, medicine, and in superstitious practices for over 5000 years. The ancient Greeks hung cloves of garlic on their windows to ward off evil spirits. Koreans ate pickled garlic to keep tigers away. Egyptians swore on cloves of garlic as an act of indicating honest testimony. Historically prescribed for a variety of illnesses, modern day research has proves garlic to be very beneficial to the body, especially the blood system and the heart.

Tip: 1/4 teaspoon = 1 clove of fresh garlic. Not recommended for sautéing.

We ship most orders the same day they're placed (orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday). Free shipping applies to all retail orders over $49 within Canada. Orders shipping outside of Canada do not qualify for free shipping. Orders placed on our wholesale section do not qualify for free shipping.

All orders will ship via Canada Post Expedited shipping unless otherwise selected. We will update your order with tracking information as soon as it is available. We ship from our facility in Cobble Hill, BC and shipping fees vary based on the weight and dimensions of your order and to where it is shipping. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding British Columbia statutory holidays.

Picking up your order (Cowichan Valley only)

If you're in the Cowichan Valley and you would like to pick up your order at our store in Cobble Hill, leave a note in the text box at checkout that you'd like to pickup your order and we will refund your shipping charge. You can pick up orders Monday-Friday from 9:30am-4:00pm, excluding BC statutory holidays.

Returns

We will happily accept returns for unused and sealed products within 15 days of receiving your order. After 15 days we'll gladly exchange your unused and sealed returns for different product(s). Sale items are final sale. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help you!
