Single origin bean-to-bar dark chocolate
Since 2014, PISA has revolutionized the specialty cacao industry in Haiti by providing small cacao growers a place to ferment and dry their cacao to a high quality while ensuring a higher price and consistent market. This minimizes the risk for these farmers allowing them to sustainably continue to grow cacao. It's very exciting for us to be able to offer such delicious chocolate while supporting these Haitian farmers.
We take this fine cacao and roast, winnow, refine, temper, pour and package our chocolate all by hand in Cobble Hill, BC. This supports our local economy and gives you a divine chocolate bar to enjoy.
Tasting Notes: Rich dark fudge, vanilla oak with red wine-like tannins.
Minimum 80% cacao.
