Our organic clove buds pair excellently with cumin and cinnamon and they are essential to traditional masala chai and garam masala spices. The warm and spicy flavour of clove is perfect for the Winter season. Try inserting whole cloves and garlic into the skin of your ham while baking or add them to mincemeat or Christmas pudding.

Clove buds were one of the first globally traded spices, beloved for their warm and sweet flavour. They are harvested from large evergreen trees and a little goes a long way when added to fruit preserves, sauces, sweetbreads and muffins.
