Shipping and Returns

Organic Fair Inc. uses Canada Post and the United States Postal Service for shipping of our orders.  All free shipping will be sent via Expedited service which is a 2 to 14 day service to most locations.  If you wish to upgrade shipping to Express Post or UPS or Fed EX this can be arranged, for the additional cost incurred. Please just mention your desire to upgrade shipping in the comments section of your order and we can provide you with the details of the additional charges PRIOR to charging your credit card.

We do stand by our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.  If, for any reason, you wish to return products you may do so within 7 days of the date of delievery.  All returned product must be unopened and in its original condition.  You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us and upon receiving the product we will refund the full amount of the order minus the cost of the shipping the order to you.  If you have any questions regarding our shipping or return policy please email us at: info ( at ) organicfair.com or call us at 250-733-2035.
